This Privacy Policy applies to the Himma app — the Himma customer app as listed on Google Play and the App Store, together with the Himma driver and restaurant apps and related services (the "Service").
The Himma app is published and operated by Vuedale (himmaapp.com) — the developer/publisher registered on the app's store listings ("Vuedale", "we", "us", "our"). You can reach us any time at support@himma.app.
This Privacy Policy explains how Vuedale collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Himma Service.
We share information only as needed to operate the Service: with the restaurant and the assigned driver to fulfil your order; with payment processors and infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, maps, push notifications); and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Location is used to find nearby restaurants, set delivery addresses, route drivers, and provide live tracking. You can disable location permission in your device settings; some features (such as delivery) may not work without it.
We retain account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account (see Contact).
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and opt out of marketing communications, by using the in-app settings or contacting us. You can remove your profile picture and saved addresses in-app at any time.
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
